Coordination of dissemination and communication effort

Planned work

• disseminate information about the project, its approaches and results spreading internal and external communication
• implement a CHARISMA web site with a relevant dedicated Welcome access section, providing a define and implement, in a coherent way, unified modality of access, the outreach of new users and the review procedure,
• establish a target audiences, creating two-way communication channels with academic, research and conservators communities and users, as well stakeholders carrying national responsibilities, benefiting from project activities
• monitor the success and impact of the project activities trough the Extra-Mural Advisory Committee, having external feedbacks regarding the project objectives, its technical goals, milestones and deliverables
